 BALLS:  We use the yellow fastpitch softball, available at most sporting good stores. 
League will provide practice balls, but all players should own their own ball for home practice. 
Please BE SURE to purchase the correct size for your daughter's age division!
   - 6U & 8U:   10-inch (circumference) RIF yellow ball
   - 10U:          11-inch RIF yellow ball
   - 12U & 14U: 12-inch ASA spec. yellow ball


FACEGUARDS & CHINSTRAPS: Mandatory on batting helmets for all ages in ASA softball


 BATS & GLOVES:

 BATTING HELMETS:

Go for snug fitting; never tipping or spinning on head.  Need to see the pitch & run the bases & slide with helmet on.

Prices average $20-$60, depending on brand.  Some do not include faceguard or chinstrap ($10-15 each)
