All Coastal Bay Managers and Coaches must fill out and submit the following THREE forms, along with a copy of your Driver's License.

Two-page ASA background check form (new form for 2010, please re-submit to us, using THIS form):

ASA Coaching School - at PETCO PARK!
February 20, 2010 at Petco Park!
9:00 - 2:00, includes lunch
cost: $25
Petco Park ASA Coaches School & ACE Certification


ACE Certification
Required of All Star coaches; strongly recommended for all Rec Coaches
- attend the Petco Park ASA Coaching School on 2/20/10 and stay for the ACE certification afterwards
- cost $25 additional, to stay and take ACE test 2:30-3:30 after ASA School
